Reeducation Counselor

Our Counsellor in Reeducation assists and supports students who experience behavioral difficulties and/or learning disabilities.  Appropriate support measures are put in place to assist students in their educational path and their social development.

Mentorship Program

The goal of the program is to provide students with positive role models to whom they feel responsible in order to encourage them to stay in school Mentors are to serve as examples of perseveance and determination, as well as provide emotional support and guidance. We also aim to foster a sense of community and belonging, countering the feelings of isolation and alienation that are all too common in today’s young adults.

Hello, just an introduction my name is Elizabeth and to share my path and journey with you, I came to JFK 15yrs ago from the United States, since I didn't know what to do with myself and was good at Math I enrolled in the Accounting program and got a DEP. I soon had my daughter and Son and pursued other ventures. I'm a mom, actor, model, flight attendant and student to name a few knots under my belt. Covid has thought us or me many things, always have more than one plan.

Right now I’m working full time at St.Johns Ambulance as a Service Agent. I am back after a hiatus to take photography classes because it’s always been a passion of mine. Learning is the key to success. It doesn’t matter how old you are, Young or Older. Being open-minded to learning will get you far in life. JFK Is a great learning facility to be at, you can definitely feel like your one in the family.

I had two subjects left for my diploma after struggling for many years I finally got a committed team at John f Kennedy, my amazing attendant Tess Mancini put the show on the road and aided greatly in my success. This experience has taught me that no matter what challenges are thrown at you (disabled or not) remaining, positive resilient and consistent one can arise to any challenge… and I plan to.
